What type of warranty do you offer?
All Bedding comes standard with the manufacturers' warranty. The warranty will be specified under the product features.

When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours, however, please allow 5-7 business days for sports bedding. If your bedding is backordered, we will contact you by phone or email.

How long will it take to receive my bedding order?
Unless stated otherwise on our site, please expect to receive your bedding order in approximately 5-10 business days (and 11-14 business days for sports bedding). If any of your bedding is backordered, we will contact you by phone or email.

Do you have custom made bedding?
Yes. We currently carry Maddie Boo custom crib bedding and kids bedding. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Do you have a low price guarantee?
Yes. We are confident that we have the lowest prices. We have a 150% lowest price guarantee. If you do find a lower price we will match the price and give you 50% of the difference between our price and theirs. Please call, email, or fax us the ad or website information so that we can verify the price. Once the price is verified, a discount will be given. Price must include shipping and tax to qualify. Clearance, close out, or one of a kind items are excluded.

If I receive my furniture damaged, what is the policy?
In the rare event that your furniture arrives damaged, we will repair or replace the manufacturer defect or shipping damage (which ever is most cost effective). In the event of buyers remorse, a 15% restocking fee and freight to and from destination will be collected.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. You can also pay by cashier check or money order by selecting this option in the checkout screen. (Cashier Check / Money Order options will not go into manufacturer processing until payment has been received)

How do I change or cancel an order once it has been placed?
We will do everything we can to help you with any changes to your order. Orders may be changed within the first 24 hours. All changes and cancellations must be done via phone. If you choose to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase via phone (877 705-7418)

Do you ship internationally?
SelectBedding will only ship to the continental 48 United States; under special circumstances will we ship outside of the continental 48 United States, additional shipping charges may apply

Is it secure to enter my personal information on your site?
Yes, SelectBedding.com is a secure site. All information is secure and our site is monitored by Hackersafe. See our privacy section for more detail.

Are bedding colors on your site true?
The photos on our website are the best quality possible. However, photos may not be actual representations of colors due to computer monitor settings and we cannot be responsible for differences in online colors and actual colors.

Do you recommend purchasing a mattress pad?
Yes. Mattress pads are a great way to increase the overall life of your mattress. They serve to protect the mattress from soiling and staining, and also can improve the comfort of mattresses by adding another layer of padding.
